Due to continuous success over the years and ambitious plans for future expansion, they are now looking for a Global Head of Engineering to play a key role in the business's growth.In this varied role, you will be the go-to expert and lead the UK and US Engineering team. You will take the lead on projects, ensuring continuous improvement of design and manufacturing processes, reporting directly to the COO and CEOs. This is a hybrid position, with travel to offices in the UK and US.The ideal candidate will be from a biomedical background, looking for an exciting new opportunity to work on groundbreaking projects, and grow the engineering division.The Role:
- Take the lead and oversee the US & US Engineering team.
- Ensuring continuous improvement of design and manufacturing processes.
- Hybrid (with travel to sites).
The Person:
- Management experience from a Biomedical background desired.
- Engineering degree.
- Looking for a highly autonomous role.
