- Set and operate machinery to produce parts to specification
- Monitor machine performance and ensure proper lubrication/cooling
- Support production across saws, press shop, and polishing areas
- Assist with material handling, stock control, and occasional packing
- Read and interpret engineering drawings
- Work independently while maintaining strong team collaboration
- Contribute to continuous improvement and maintain high quality standards
- Adhere to Health & Safety regulations and promote a safe workplace
- Previous experience in a machining or production environment is desirable but not essential
- Familiarity with tools such as saws and drills is an advantage
- Positive attitude with a willingness to learn and take initiative
- Good attention to detail and strong work ethic
- Capable of working independently and under pressure
- Able to read and follow technical instructions or drawings
