Regional Cleaning Manager - Birmingham - Up to 45,000 plus company car

Your role

  • Holding responsibility for leading an established team of Supervisors and Cleaners across the North Birmingham region and East Staffordshire.
  • Managing circa 15 - 20 sites and an extensive team of cleaning staff.
  • You will be an advocate for continuous improvement across your team.
  • Ensuring SLA's and KPI's are being hit and your team is running an effective FM service.

About you

  • Previous experience of managing Cleaning Contracts and a thorough understanding of strict SLA's & KPI's.
  • Experience of leading teams of Area Cleaning teams.
  • You will be a confident and effective communicator - client satisfaction is a huge priority on these contracts.
  • An organised and proactive attitude.
  • The successful applicant will be required to go through vetting due to the nature of the contracts.
  • Holder of full UK Driving Licence
