Your role
- Holding responsibility for leading an established team of Supervisors and Cleaners across the North Birmingham region and East Staffordshire.
- Managing circa 15 - 20 sites and an extensive team of cleaning staff.
- You will be an advocate for continuous improvement across your team.
- Ensuring SLA's and KPI's are being hit and your team is running an effective FM service.
About you
- Previous experience of managing Cleaning Contracts and a thorough understanding of strict SLA's & KPI's.
- Experience of leading teams of Area Cleaning teams.
- You will be a confident and effective communicator - client satisfaction is a huge priority on these contracts.
- An organised and proactive attitude.
- The successful applicant will be required to go through vetting due to the nature of the contracts.
- Holder of full UK Driving Licence
