As a Regional Service Manager, you’ll lead a team of around 10 field service engineers, ensuring high standards of performance, customer service, and operational efficiency across your region. You'll be responsible for managing KPIs, conducting 1-to-1s, and supporting the team's development while handling customer issues. This is a varied role that involves growing the service business through strong customer relationships, improving service delivery, and identifying new opportunities. While primarily remote, you’ll regularly visit customer sites and team locations.

You’ll Bring:

  • Proven track record in a solid leadership position
  • Degree level education or equivalent experience
  • Commercial acumen with a MHE/ Plant/ Agricultural background
  • Safety awareness and adherence to protocols and reporting
  • Reporting and PPM experience
  • Customer service/ sales experience
  • Strong character with a coaching style to leadership while being direct
  • Technical background knowledge is desired but not essential
  • Self starter who is a forward thinker who has the desire to grow with the business and speak up on new ideas
