We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Area Sales Manager to drive growth across an assigned territory. The role includes managing both existing customers and new business opportunities, delivering a sales target of 1m per annum. Ideal candidates will have a consultative sales approach, technical knowledge in Steam, Hot Water, and Building Services, and experience with M&E turnkey packages. Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills are essential.
Key Responsibilities:

Sales Strategy & Execution: Develop and implement strategies to achieve growth targets; identify market trends, competitors, and new business opportunities; manage budgets and forecasts.

Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts; act as point of escalation for complex issues; collaborate with internal teams to ensure excellent customer experience.

Team Collaboration: Foster a positive, high-performing team environment; share opportunities and insights with colleagues.

Reporting & Administration: Maintain accurate CRM records, track sales performance, and ensure compliance with company policies.

Qualifications & Experience:
