We are seeking a driven and ambitious Graduate Sales Executive to join a leading IT and telecoms solutions business in Central Birmingham. This role is perfect for a recent graduate who is eager to jump-start their career in sales, focusing on generating new business opportunities and driving revenue growth in the technology sector.

Day-to-day of the role:
  • Engage in both cold and warm B2B outbound calling to introduce potential customers to a diverse portfolio of IT and telecom solutions.
  • Effectively communicate the benefits of our offerings, articulating the value they can add to businesses.
  • Schedule appointments for Business Development Managers, for both face-to-face meetings and virtual appointments.
  • Gather relevant information from prospects when a meeting is not possible and use the in-house CRM to pass leads to the appropriate division.
  • Build and maintain a pipeline of future business opportunities.
  • Uphold exemplary customer service standards and maintain the company's brand reputation.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • A good degree from a reputable university.
  • A strong desire to succeed, resilience in the face of challenges, and a proactive approach to achieving goals.
  • No previous sales experience required, but must be driven, confident, and money motivated.
  • Excellent communication skills and a professional telephone manner.
  • Strong organisational skills and proficient in diary management.
  • Computer literate, particularly in Microsoft Office.
  • Full UK driving licence is advantageous.
