Job Title: Sales & Marketing Manager
Location: Birmingham B11
Salary: £40,000 - £45,000 per annum

• Lead and manage a team across sales, marketing, and estimating functions

• Develop and implement effective sales strategies aligned with business objectives

• Drive new customer acquisition through targeted marketing initiatives and strong client relationship management

• Monitor market trends and competitor activity to inform strategic decisions

• Ensure the delivery of accurate, timely, and competitive customer quotations

• Collaborate with internal departments to ensure accurate costing and scheduling

• Take ownership of all marketing content and ensure consistent brand messaging

• Maintain and optimise the quoting/pricing system

• Oversee team performance, development, and recruitment

• Represent the business professionally in all client and stakeholder interactions

• Contribute to management meetings with insightful reporting and recommendations

• 2+ years' experience in sales & marketing leadership

• Strong commercial awareness and decision-making ability

• Skilled in team management, reporting, and strategic planning

• Excellent communication, organisational, and tech-savvy skills

• A hands-on, collaborative leader with a growth mindset

• Experience in a technical or product-based industry (training provided)

• A-Level Maths or equivalent
