Your new role
As Senior Contract Manager (Retrofit), you will oversee large-scale retrofit projects, ensuring they are delivered efficiently, economically, and in line with sustainability goals. You'll manage budgets, forecasts, and timelines, lead a team of Contract Managers, and work collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders. Key responsibilities include:

• Conducting property assessments to identify energy efficiency opportunities.
• Managing procurement, contractor performance, and compliance with PAS 2035.
• Driving projects to achieve Band C energy efficiency by 2030.
• Leading stakeholder engagement to minimise disruption and enhance customer satisfaction.

This is a full-time role offering hybrid and flexible working arrangements.
What you'll need to succeed

• A relevant degree or equivalent experience in retrofit, construction, or property services.
• Strong contract management expertise, including budgeting and procurement.
• Knowledge of PAS 2035 and sustainable construction methods.
• Proven experience managing significant retrofit or construction projects, ideally within housing or local authority settings.
• Excellent leadership skills and ability to motivate teams.
• A valid driving licence is essential.
