About the Role

I'm currently partnering with a UK transport organisation to recruit a Marketing Manager. This is an excellent opportunity to join a well-established brand that's revolutionising how people travel across Britain. This is not a Digital Marketing role, this role focuses on traditional/physical Marketing e.g. OOH

Key Responsibilities

As Marketing Manager, you will:

  • Develop compelling marketing campaigns that encourage potential customers to switch from car to coach travel
  • Contribute to the company's 3-year Marketing Strategy and Customer Experience Strategy
  • Lead delivery of brand, partnerships and student marketing activity for the coach division
  • Ensure all campaigns are built on robust research and customer insights
  • Work closely with Commercial teams to align campaign activity with business priorities
  • Collaborate with Performance Marketing and Content teams to integrate brand strategy across organic channels
  • Partner with Marketing Services and Ecommerce teams to deliver seamless customer experiences both physically and digitally
  • Manage production processes to ensure campaigns are delivered on time and within budget
  • Support development of presentations to gain buy-in from senior stakeholders
  • Implement measurement frameworks to track KPIs and extract insights for future campaigns
  • Monitor industry trends and identify new marketing opportunities
  • Build strong relationships with external agencies and internal stakeholders
  • Manage campaign budgets effectively
The Ideal Candidate

You'll be reporting to the Senior Brand Marketing Manager and will need:

  • Proven experience in brand marketing and campaign management - in a traditional non digital setting.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights
  • Experience working collaboratively across multiple departments
  • Excellent stakeholder management abilities
  • Creative thinking with a strategic mindset
  • Budget management experience
  • Knowledge of the travel or transport sector (desirable)
