The Role of the Senior Fire Engineer
As a Senior Fire Engineer, you will:
- Lead the delivery of fire strategies and engineering solutions across a variety of sectors and complex projects.
- Take responsibility for client engagement, developing long-term relationships and being a main point of contact for enquiries and technical explanation
- Support with mentorship of junior grades working collaboratively with the team in helping to shape their professional development.
- Play an instrumental role in establishing and growing the Birmingham office.
- Ensure projects meet the highest standards of compliance, quality, and innovation.
About You / The Principal Fire Engineer
We are looking for:
- A proven track record in fire engineering, with experience delivering strategies and solutions across the built environment.
- Strong client-facing skills and the ability to build trusted relationships.
- Leadership experience, with a collaborative and supportive approach to mentoring others.
- The ambition to be part of a consultancy at an exciting stage of growth.

Salary: 55,000 - 65,000 + monthly target related bonus
