Client Relationship Manager
Permanent, full-time
Homebased with occasional travel to UK client sites
Our growing client are looking to appoint a Client Relationship Manager to join their team. This role will involve managing a portfolio of new and existing clients.
This role is hybrid, working for with travel to client sites to meet the needs of the business.
Client Relationship Manager duties:
-Supporting the Business Development Team
-Reviewing and reporting on services provided
-Ensuring client needs are met
-Overseeing implementation of Occupational Health services, H&S and wellbeing goals
Client Relationship Manager required skills:
-Strong B2B relationships management skills
-Ideally experience in a health or wellbeing setting
-Excellent communication skills
-Track record of delivering on multiple projects
-Strong problem solving skills and ability to work unsupervised
-Strong business management analysis skills
