Description
- Develop and execute a strategic business plan to expand sales within the Asia Pacific region.
- Identify new market opportunities and maintain relationships with key stakeholders.
- Lead contract negotiations and ensure mutually beneficial agreements.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activity to inform business decisions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align regional goals with company objectives.
- Prepare and deliver presentations and reports for senior management.
- Provide leadership and guidance to the sales team in the Asia Pacific region.
- Ensure revenue targets are met or exceeded in line with company expectations.
Profile
A successful International Business Developer should have:
- Proven experience in the FMCG industry, we ideally need candidates from personal care, cosmetics or the OTC channel.
- Strong knowledge of the Asia Pacific markets and customer behaviours.
- Demonstrated ability to manage high-value accounts and build long-term partnerships.
- Exceptional communication and negotiation skills.
- A results-driven approach with a focus on meeting and exceeding sales targets.
- Experience in leading and motivating a team to achieve shared objectives.
- The role is home based with a weekly requirement to be based in the HQ in the West Midlands.
