ICA Supervisor
We are looking for an experienced ICA Supervisor to oversee the installation, maintenance, and commissioning of instrumentation, control, and automation systems within the UK water and wastewater sector. You will lead site teams, ensure safe and efficient delivery of works, and provide technical expertise to support essential infrastructure projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate ICA engineers and subcontractors across multiple projects.
- Ensure all works are delivered safely, on time, and to the required technical standards.
- Oversee installation, testing, fault finding, and commissioning of ICA systems.
- Manage site documentation, permits, and compliance with industry regulations.
- Support continuous improvement by driving best practices and innovation in ICA delivery.
About You
- Strong background in ICA systems within the UK water or wastewater industry.
- Experience supervising site teams and subcontractors, with a focus on safety and quality.
- Good knowledge of PLC/SCADA systems, instrumentation, and process control.
- Strong organisational and communication skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects.
- Relevant qualifications or apprenticeship in electrical/ICA engineering (CompEx, 18th Edition, or similar desirable).
