An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Project Manager to join a leading specialist in land solutions. As Project Manager, you will be responsible for the successful delivery of high-profile infrastructure and regeneration development projects for major clients. This role will be hybrid.

Reporting to the Programme Manager, you will be part of a dedicated professional services team delivering specialist land solutions projects. This role offers the chance to work with prestigious clients on significant business process and infrastructure development projects across the UK.

Working within an established project management framework, you will:

  • Take full responsibility for project delivery utilising best practice project management procedures
  • Develop and agree detailed project execution plans with the Programme Manager
  • Monitor, control and report on project progress, performance, and financial success
  • Direct and motivate project teams to ensure all tasks are completed to the highest standards
  • Manage resource allocation, ensuring team members are suitably skilled and equipped
  • Liaise regularly with the Project Board to assure overall project direction and integrity
  • Manage client relationships throughout the project lifecycle, protecting and enhancing the company's reputation
  • Ensure all projects adhere to the highest levels of quality and compliance

Essential Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant to the business
  • Minimum of 2 years' experience in project management
  • Strong budget monitoring and control skills
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Confident in managing challenging client situations to achieve positive outcomes
  • Right first-time approach with focus on maintaining high productivity and efficiency
  • Experience in land management would be desirable although not essential
