So, who are we looking for?Â
Do you have a strong background in Building Safety and a commitment to maintaining high safety standards, creating secure and welcoming environments for residents.Â
You’ll have experience in a Property Management environment with plenty of exposure to the compliance and asset management function, specifically in the Leasehold sector. Â
With the ability to pick up a range of internal systems, you’ll be proficient in IT, with great attention to detail and excellent communication skills so you can build strong relationships with our clients. Â

Maintain and monitor the Golden Thread for our HRB portfolioÂ

Gather missing data/reports from the supply chain for Golden Thread and Safety CasesÂ

Conduct site visits focused on fire and structural safetyÂ

Update clients on Building Safety and Safety Case progressÂ
-
Communicate with the Building Safety Regulator on HRB mattersÂ
-
Attend project/remediation meetings to collect relevant infoÂ
-
Perform monthly GAP analyses for each property's Golden ThreadÂ
-
Organise and commission reports as needed across the HRB portfolioÂ
-
Support onboarding of new HRBs, ensuring Golden Thread continuityÂ
-
Monitor and submit Mandatory Occurrence Reports when necessaryÂ
-
Submit KBI and completed Safety Cases to the regulatorÂ
-
Assist Associate Director and Director with safety and compliance issuesÂ
