Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled and reliable Maintenance Technician to join our team in Coventry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for painting, decorating, and general maintenance tasks to ensure our facilities are well-maintained and visually appealing.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform painting and decorating tasks, including surface preparation, application of paint, and finishing.
  • Conduct general maintenance and repair work, including plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and other related tasks.
  • Inspect and troubleshoot issues in buildings and facilities to determine necessary repairs.
  • Maintain and update maintenance records and reports.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
  • Collaborate with other team members and departments to complete projects efficiently.
  • Respond to emergency maintenance requests promptly.

Qualifications:
