Credit Controller required!
Birmingham | Permanent | Up to 32k (DOE)
Love talking to people, solving problems, and making sure the numbers add up? We're looking for a Credit Controller to join our Birmingham team - someone who can keep cash flowing, build great relationships with clients, and take pride in keeping ledgers squeaky clean.
What you'll be doing:
- Chasing overdue invoices (in a friendly but firm way).
- Keeping accounts up to date and spotting issues before they snowball.
- Building rapport with clients - you'll be the "go-to" for payment queries.
- Producing debtor reports so everyone knows what's what.
- Working with the wider team to keep things running smoothly.
What you'll bring:
- Some experience in credit control or a finance role.
- Confidence on the phone and great people skills.
- Organised, detail-driven and not afraid to chase when needed.
- Happy using Excel and finance systems (training given if needed).
- A positive, can-do attitude - with a bit of persistence thrown in!
