You’ll lead focused 1:1 sessions and small group interventions, helping students improve essay structure, grasp literary techniques, and boost exam confidence. You’ll work closely with teachers to tailor support and monitor progress, playing a key role in raising achievement in English.The CandidateYou’re a graduate in English or a related subject, with strong written and verbal communication skills. You’re confident working with teenagers and keen to support those who need extra help. You may be considering a future in teaching, educational psychology, or academic mentoring.
