A commercial property company in Birmingham City Centre is looking for an enthusiastic and reliable temporary welcome host to cover their front of house area on an ad hoc basis. Shifts vary between 7am and 7pm (no more than 8 hours).
Key Responsibilities
- Greeting visitors in a warm and professional manner
- Issuing visitor passes
- Assisting visitors to the building and ensuring they are escorted to the correct destination
- Contributing to a 5-star front of house service and being an ambassador for the company
Skills and Experience
- Previous experience in a customer service role, where good customer service skills are paramount.
- Well presented, warm and approachable
- Confident, with excellent communication skills
- This is a standing role, so applicants must be happy to be on their feet for a full day
