Totally Recruitment Ltd are currently recruiting for a Temporary to Permanent Customer Service Administrator for our client based within the Birmingham area.
This is a 12 week Temporary to Permanent role.
Daily Responsibilities
- Organising day to day transport for customers.
- Build strong relationships with customers.
- Answer telephone calls which will include customer enquiries, to progress customer orders, arrange transport requests and to increase customer satisfaction.
- Respond promptly to customer progress requests.
- Arrange delivery of courier consignments.
- Manage and monitor the dedicated customer service inbox, ensuring all queries are acknowledged and resolved in a timely manner.
- Assisting with any Customer Service, Transport, Purchasing, Sales and Health & Safety administration.
- Scanning, filing, data entry.
Skills & Experience required
- Previous and strong administration experience
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
- Comfortable in communicating with internal and external stakeholders at all levels.
- Keen to learn new skill sets
- Previous customer service experience would be an advantage but not essential.
Hours of work
Monday to Friday 08:00am until 17:00pm
(Paid breaks, 10.00am to 10.30am & 13:00pm to 14:00pm)
On-site parking
Salary - £22,000 to £26,000 depending on experience.
