We are seeking a friendly and customer-focused Customer Service Advisor to join our team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing market-leading customer service, resolving enquiries, raising quotes, and ensuring a positive customer experience. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a problem-solving mindset, and the ability to handle customer interactions with professionalism and empathy.
Day-to-day of the role:- Handle incoming customer enquiries via phone, email, chat, or in person.
- Raise quotations from customer requests via phone, email, or portal.
- Progress outstanding orders and provide ETAs to customers.
- Manage a portfolio of accounts in line with individual Account Manager’s portfolios, working collaboratively to provide a first-class customer service experience.
- Provide accurate information about products, services, and company policies.
- Resolve customer complaints or escalate them to the appropriate manager when necessary.
- Process orders, exchanges, and returns as required.
- Maintain customer records and update databases with relevant information.
- Meet or exceed customer satisfaction targets and performance metrics.
- Work collaboratively with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience.
- Stay up to date with company policies, promotions, and product updates.
- Previous experience in customer service or a similar role is preferred.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to handle difficult situations with patience and professionalism.
- Proficiency in using computer systems, CRM software, and Microsoft Office.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively.
