Customer Service Representative

We are seeking a friendly and customer-focused Customer Service Advisor to join our team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing market-leading customer service, resolving enquiries, raising quotes, and ensuring a positive customer experience. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a problem-solving mindset, and the ability to handle customer interactions with professionalism and empathy.

Day-to-day of the role:
  • Handle incoming customer enquiries via phone, email, chat, or in person.
  • Raise quotations from customer requests via phone, email, or portal.
  • Progress outstanding orders and provide ETAs to customers.
  • Manage a portfolio of accounts in line with individual Account Manager’s portfolios, working collaboratively to provide a first-class customer service experience.
  • Provide accurate information about products, services, and company policies.
  • Resolve customer complaints or escalate them to the appropriate manager when necessary.
  • Process orders, exchanges, and returns as required.
  • Maintain customer records and update databases with relevant information.
  • Meet or exceed customer satisfaction targets and performance metrics.
  • Work collaboratively with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience.
  • Stay up to date with company policies, promotions, and product updates.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • Previous experience in customer service or a similar role is preferred.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to handle difficult situations with patience and professionalism.
  • Proficiency in using computer systems, CRM software, and Microsoft Office.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively.
  • A positive attitude and a customer-first approach.
