Data AdministratorRate: £ 150 - £200 per day (Inside IR35)Hours: 35 hours per week, Mon – Fri (Hybrid)OverviewWe are seeking a detail-oriented HR Systems Administrator -This role is vital in ensuring the accurate processing of data and providing support across key HR systems, primarily SAP HCM and the Learning Management System (LMS). The successful candidate will handle administrative tasks and offer second-line support to colleagues.Main ResponsibilitiesPerform data administration tasks within SAP HCM, including:Maintaining the organisational structure and learning-related dataProvide basic second-line support for LMS-related queries and ticketsEnsure all data entry and processing activities meet quality and accuracy standardsCollaborate with HR team members and other stakeholders to ensure consistent and reliable HR system performance.Are You the Right Candidate?We’re looking for someone who brings a blend of technical proficiency, data accuracy, and effective communication. The ideal candidate will have:
  • Experience with SAP HCM, particularly with HR organisational objects and their attributes
  • A data-oriented mindset with a proven track record in data administration

  • Experience working with data in a large-scale organisation 
  • Excellent communication skills—verbal, written, and listening—used to engage with colleagues at all levels
