Reed Marketing & Creative are currently partnered with a respected professional services firm who are looking for a Digital Marketing Executive to provide 12-month maternity cover within their in-house marketing team within Central Birmingham.

This role is onsite initially with a viewpoint to move into a Hybrid model.



Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and deliver digital marketing campaigns that support service promotion and content visibility.
  • Oversee paid advertising across social platforms, ensuring effective targeting, budget control, and performance tracking.
  • Create and manage email campaigns using tools like Mailchimp or HubSpot, including audience segmentation and analytics.
  • Maintain and update website content, applying SEO best practices to improve visibility and engagement.
  • Analyse website performance using tools such as Google Analytics to inform future strategy.
  • Produce engaging social media content and visuals that align with brand messaging and campaign goals.
  • Coordinate internal communications and keep intranet content fresh and relevant.
  • Use project management tools to organise marketing activities, timelines, and team responsibilities.
  • Compile performance reports across digital channels, offering insights and recommendations for improvement.

The successful candidate will have a minimum of 2 years' experience in a digital marketing role, ideally within professional services. You'll be confident managing paid campaigns, website updates, and internal communications, with strong written English and visual content skills. Experience with tools like WordPress, Google Analytics, Canva, and (url removed) is essential.
