Digital Marketing Executive
Location: Birmingham - Hybrid Working Available
Salary: £26,000 per annum 
Contract: Permanent, Full Time

Are you a creative and results-driven digital marketer with a passion for content, branding, and e-commerce? We are recruiting on behalf of a well-established company in the garden and leisure industry, looking to grow their online presence and expand their digital footprint - including their popular pet product brand.

What You'll Be Doing:

  • Develop and implement engaging digital marketing campaigns
  • Collaborate with the sales team to align marketing strategies
  • Maintain brand consistency across all platforms
  • Write and distribute marketing emails and customer newsletters
  • Plan and launch promotions and events to drive customer acquisition
  • Optimise the company's website to boost traffic and conversions
  • Manage and grow social media presence across multiple platforms
  • Conduct regular audits of social and website performance
  • Maintain and monitor e-commerce listings
  • Analyse marketing data to measure success and make data-driven decisions


What We're Looking For:

  • Strong writing and communication skills
  • Excellent attention to detail and multitasking ability
  • Creative mindset with strong analytical thinking
  • Solid understanding of digital marketing best practices
  • Experience in social media marketing, SEO/SEM, email marketing, and A/B testing
  • Knowledge of tools like Google Analytics, marketing automation platforms, and ad servers
  • Basic understanding of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript a plus


Requirements:

  • 2 years' experience in digital marketing (preferred)
  • 2 years' general marketing experience (preferred)
  • GCSE or equivalent (preferred)
