A high end, service lead Membership organisation based near Edgbaston is seeking a commercially savvy, dynamic and versatile Head of Membership Experience to join them on an initial 9 to 12 months FTC covering maternity leave. This a really unique opportunity for someone who comes from a Operations/Marketing/Sales based environment and is keen to join a highly reputable and recognised organisation and truly have the ability to make an impact in reporting directly to their CEO. The successful candidate will be immediately available, happy to work fully office based and be flexible in their approach to work.

Day to day duties will include:

  • Line management of a team of Receptionists/Marketing Team, leading on all recruitment, 1:1’s, appraisals and performance reviews
  • Leading and creating Marketing and Sales Strategy in collaboration with the groups CEO
  • Conduct competitor analysis, working out opportunities for growth for members
  • Lead on all communications for the group to ensure maximum satisfaction with members and new members
  • Create and develop on an events calendar for all members
  • Regular reports and presenting to the board alongside managing of the CRM database.
  • Handle and resolve on any complaints and process improvement
  • Managing of all budgets

The ideal candidate must be happy to commit to the full duration of the FTC and be happy to be office based. You must have solid people management experience alongside have led on marketing strategy with strong written communication skills. You will have a broad experience including: Marketing, Events, Operations, Sales, Memberships and Administration. Ideally you will have worked in the leisure or hospitality sector though this is open dependent on experience.
