Alliance Personnel are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Shipping & Logistics person to manage outbound shipments mainly using FedEx. The ideal candidate will be comfortable working with Google Sheets, generating commercial invoices, and sending multiple daily updates via email to ensure smooth communication across teams and clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and process shipments using FedEx shipping software
- Extract and manage shipping data from Google Sheets
- Generate accurate commercial invoices for international shipments
- Send multiple shipment status emails daily to internal and external stakeholders
- Coordinate with carriers for pickups and resolve any shipping issues or delays
- Maintain organized shipping records and documentation
Requirements:
- Proven experience with shipping processes (including international)
- Proficiency with Google Sheets (data entry, sorting, basic formulas)
- Ability to draft clear, professional emails and send frequent updates
- Experience creating commercial invoices and managing shipping documents
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Monday to Thursday 7am - 4:30pm , Friday 7am - 12:30pm (40hrs per week)
