HCR is proud to be working with a long-standing charitable care provider with over 75 years of excellence. We are looking for a dedicated Clinical Deputy Manager to support the new Nursing Home Manager and uphold the home’s strong reputation and current "Good" CQC rating.

Clinical Deputy Manager - Key Duties:

  • Lead and support nursing and care teams

  • Drive a resident-first culture

  • Oversee training, appraisals, and performance

  • Deputise for the General Manager, including on-call duties

  • Manage safeguarding and regulatory issues
