They are currently seeking a talented Part 2 Architectural Assistant to become part of their team in Birmingham.

Duties for the role of Part 2 Architectural Assistant:
- Contribute to the delivery of a variety of significant projects from initial concept through to completion
- Prepare and develop designs from planning stages to detailed construction drawings
- Produce technical specifications, tender documentation, and working drawing packages
- Ensure the consistent delivery of high-quality design and technical outputs
Skills and experience required for the role of Part 2 Architectural Assistant:
- Completion of RIBA Part 1 and Part 2 qualifications
- Relevant post-Part 1 experience within a UK-based practice
- Strong proficiency in Revit
- Experience working on projects across a range of sectors
- Excellent design, drafting, and visualisation skills
- Keen attention to detail
- Strong communication and organisational abilities
- Living within a commutable distance of Birmingham
