Role Overview

This is a pure administrative support role responsible for assisting with the coordination of small-risk contractors, managing system updates, and ensuring equipment availability through established processes and portals. The role requires strong organisational skills, good attention to detail, and confidence working with SAP and other internal systems.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the call-off process for small-risk contractors, ensuring all requests are raised, tracked, and completed accurately.
  • Review and monitor the call-off portal, ensuring data is up to date and any issues are escalated promptly.
  • Check and update equipment availability within systems, ensuring accurate records and timely communication to relevant teams.
  • Perform general administrative duties including data entry, report extraction, filing, and document management.
  • Liaise with internal teams to ensure smooth workflow and timely completion of contractor-related tasks.
  • Maintain accurate system records and support process compliance across all admin activities.

Key Skills & Experience

  • Working knowledge of SAP and confidence using multiple systems/portals.
  • Strong administrative skills with excellent accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Ability to follow set processes and update information consistently.
  • Good communication skills for liaising with internal teams and contractors.
  • Strong organisational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Experience in utilities, telecoms, engineering, or contractor coordination (desirable but not essential).
