A Monday – Friday Group Catering Manager is required for a specialised healthcare company. This role involves overseeing the catering operation for 2 properties in Birmingham (Erdington & Edgbaston) paying upto £40,000. You’ll ensure high-quality, nutritious meals are delivered daily while maintaining the highest standards of food safety and regulatory compliance.
This role will be predominantly Monday – Friday however flexibility is required.
Catering Manager Snapshot:
- Salary £35,000 - £40,000
- Predominantly Monday – Friday
- 5 hours
- Usual start time 7am
- Both sites are fully staffed in the kitchen (Edgbaston & Erdington)
- Must be IT literate
- Must be comfortable talking to patients, friends and family
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily catering operations and menu planning
- Lead, train, and motivate the catering team
- Ensure all meals meet dietary and healthcare requirements
- Manage budgets, stock, and supplier relationships
- Maintain strict food safety and hygiene standards
