Shifts :Mon Fri 7-3 / 8-4pm
Salary : £18.00ph
We a seeking a number of experience Catering Managers to work with us on a temporary basis to support our clients around the Birmingham & West Midlands area.
?? Role Overview: As Catering Manager, youll be responsible for managing day-to-day catering operations, leading a team, ensuring compliance, and driving service standards. Youll work closely with clients and staff to deliver high-quality, cost-effective catering solutions.
?? Key Responsibilities:
Oversee all aspects of catering service delivery
Preparing and cooking nutritious meals for customers
Manage and motivate kitchen and front-of-house teams
Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, and health & safety regulations
Monitor budgets, stock control, and supplier relationships
Liaise with clients to tailor menus and service to their needs
Drive continuous improvement and customer satisfaction
?? Requirements:
Proven experience in a catering management role
Strong leadership and organisational skills
Excellent communication and client-facing abilities
Knowledge of food hygiene and health & safety standards
Flexibility to work across multiple sites or events if required
