Mitchell Adam are delighted to assist one of our local clients with the recruitment of a technically minded Finance Analyst, with a passion for investigation. The client, a niche organisation providing property services across the UK, has been experiencing continued organic growth and now requires a dedicated appointment to clean, analyse and report on a vast arrangement of data for performance clarity, for the senior leadership team.
The successful candidate will be partnering with multiple departments within the business, facing a variety of budget holders. You will be using your accounts and software knowledge to pull commercial and operational data in order to create detailed MI reporting packs and dashboards to communicate your analysis effectively. This will include the production and analysis of profit and loss, balance sheets and revenue reporting.
Skills Needed
- Ideally, you will be actively studying and looking to grow your career with the business, alongside the completion of your ACCA/CIMA.
- Have technical experience using programs such as Power BI, SQL and Excel.
- Have a background in Accounting, and prior month end exposure producing the MI pack.
- Be confident in your own communication style, and eager to engage with stakeholders, building sound relationships.
