Overview

Mitchell Adam is proud to be partnering with a bespoke environmental company based in the heart of the city centre, seeking a commercially astute and data driven FP&A Analyst to join their dynamic finance team. Working closely with the commercial and finance team, you'll play a crucial role in analysing financial data and delivering insightful commentary to allow the business to keep operating in the most efficient way.

Your ability to manage project-based work and draw meaningful insights from complex Excel data sets will be essential, enabling you to produce tailored reports for key non-financial stakeholders. This opportunity is ideal for a confident communicator who thrives on collaboration and relationship building in a business partnering environment. Alongside financials, you will be forecasting revenue, sales, production and much more.

Skills required

  • You'll support the production of detailed multiyear budgets, so previous experience in forecasting and variance analysis is highly desirable.
  • Strong interpersonal skills are essential, as you'll collaborate across departments, respond to queries, and offer informed feedback on financial performance.
  • Advanced Excel capabilities are a must, allowing you to effectively navigate complex data and proprietary systems from day one.
  • Actively studying towards your ACCA or CIMA, with a strong desire to qualify, support will be provided.
