Audit Manager or Senior Manager Birmingham (Hybrid & Flextime)£55,000 to £77,000

Butler Rose, Public Practice is delighted to be supporting our client, a multi-awarding winning Top 40 firm, that as part of their ambitious growth strategy have now extended their national presence to include the launch of their ultra-modern Central Birmingham office.

With significant investment, the firm are now eager to build out their Birmingham based audit offering with the key appointments of audit professionals into Manager and Senior Manager roles.

Role Requirements -

  • Leading, planning, and delivering a broad range of corporate engagements.
  • Executing assurance engagements from planning to completion for statutory and group reporting.
  • Coaching and developing our trainees into becoming accomplished business advisors.
  • Monitoring budgets and agreeing fees for each assignment.
  • Managing client relationships and expectations.
  • Contributing to business development activities in the Birmingham marketplace.

Person Responsibilities -

  • ACA/ACCA qualified with at least 5 years' experience in external audit working for a prominent UK based firm in the capacity of senior, manager or senior manager.
  • Experience managing a broad portfolio of in scope audit clients.
  • Great People Management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills that enable you to build rapport with people at all levels.
  • A strong desire to contribute to the overall success of the firm's office.
  • Able to access transport and have a full driving license.
