RM Recruit are working with a small charity in Birmingham to recruit an Interim Finance Director for their team.

This role will have a duration of 6 months and will be for 2-3 days per week.

Deliverables include:

  • Mentor the current Head of Finance. Areas for focus will be planning for deadlines, board reporting and production of MI
  • Review the finance team structure and the end to end processes carried out.
  • Development of finance strategy and the identification of new income streams aside from the that received from a number of long term contracts
