We are looking for a driven, detail-oriented Qualified Finance Manager to join our dynamic team and take ownership of financial reporting and client account management for a diverse portfolio of commercial real estate assets.

You will play a pivotal role in ensuring accurate, timely financial and delivering exceptional service to both internal stakeholders and our valued clients. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with a strong accounting background, exceptional leadership skills, and a client-focused mindset.

Ideally you will:

  • Lead a team of client accountants responsible for maintaining accurate property-level financial records and keeping up to date with regulations such as IFRS16
  • Oversee the preparation and review of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports
  • Serve as the primary contact for client financial matters, providing clear and proactive communication
  • Ensure compliance with internal policies, industry standards, and regulatory requirements
  • Drive continuous improvement in accounting processes and client service delivery
  • Collaborate with property management teams, asset managers, and finance colleagues to deliver seamless financial support
