We are working with an incredibly successful and exciting Insurance Broking Group with offices in the centre of Birmingham and the wider UK. In order to maintain exceptional service to their customers they require an experienced Senior Commercial Insurance Account Handler.
The Role as a Senior Commercial Account Handler includes:
- Assist in achieving Group/Division client retention targets by providing an excellent level of service.
- Undertake market exercises on some of the largest and most complex cases we handle to establish the most competitive terms available.
- Manage the renewal process working in partnership with the Account Executive community.
- Assist with new business broking and placement activities.
- Produce and issue professional summaries and reports.
- Actively support the development and progression of less experienced colleagues as a senior member of the servicing team.
The Successful Candidate will have:
- Minimum three years experience in a Commercial insurance environment.
- Knowledge of Commercial insurance products such as Property, Casualty, Motor or Financial lines.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Analytical mindset with attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficient in using insurance management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- An ability to thrive in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
