Our client, is looking for a highly motivated Senior Finance Manager to oversee month-end reporting, lead a client accounting team, drive process automation, and ensure compliance and quality in all aspects of client financial management. This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in client relationships while working in a collaborative and professional environment.
Location: BirminghamPosition: Senior Finance Manager Full-Time | Permanent | Hybrid WorkingSalary: £60,000 per annum
Key responsibilities of the Senior Finance Manager:
- Lead the production of month-end financial reporting
- Prepare and review journals including accruals, prepayments, deferred income
- Oversee client budgeting and forecasting activities
- Review and sign off bank reconciliations, VAT returns, and Non-Resident Landlord reporting
- Manage the client accounting team and monthly deliverables timetable
- Drive process automation and efficient working practices
- Maintain strong relationships with clients through regular meetings and reporting
- Ensure compliance with client requirements and internal control standards
Key essentials of the Senior Finance Manager:
- ACCA / CIMA / ACA qualified
- Advanced Excel skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
