What You’ll Do:

  • Deliver engaging and inclusive teaching across Early Years programmes (Levels 2–5, T Levels, and apprenticeships).
  • Support and mentor students through their academic and professional journeys.
  • Develop innovative curriculum materials and contribute to course planning.
  • Assess student progress and provide constructive feedback.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to ensure high-quality learning experiences.

What We’re Looking For:

  • A relevant Early Years qualification (minimum Level 3).
  • A recognised teaching qualification (or willingness to work towards one).
  • Industry experience in Early Years or Childcare settings.
  • A passion for education and student success.
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills.
