Location: Birmingham, Hall Green.Contract Type: Full time & Part time Temporary hours availableSalary: £26 - £28 per hour including holiday pay.
What You’ll Do:
- Deliver engaging and inclusive teaching across Early Years programmes (Levels 2–5, T Levels, and apprenticeships).
- Support and mentor students through their academic and professional journeys.
- Develop innovative curriculum materials and contribute to course planning.
- Assess student progress and provide constructive feedback.
- Collaborate with colleagues to ensure high-quality learning experiences.
What We’re Looking For:
- A relevant Early Years qualification (minimum Level 3).
- A recognised teaching qualification (or willingness to work towards one).
- Industry experience in Early Years or Childcare settings.
- A passion for education and student success.
- Excellent communication and organisational skills.
