Cover Supervisor – Great Barr

Start Date: ASAP
Contract Type: Flexible / Ongoing
Pay: £140 to £200 per day, paid weekly via PAYE

Are you a reliable and confident Cover Supervisor looking for flexible work in Great Barr?
Winner Education is seeking an experienced cover supervisor to oversee lessons across KS3 and KS4 at a local secondary school, ensuring students remain engaged and on task.

Key Responsibilities:
Supervise classes and ensure students follow lesson plans
Support teachers by maintaining a positive and inclusive classroom environment
Monitor student behaviour and manage any issues effectively
Assist with small group or 1:1 support where needed
Ensure the classroom is safe and well-organised
Report back to teachers on student progress and behaviour
Attend school meetings when required

Requirements:
Previous experience supervising or supporting lessons in a secondary school
Confident classroom and behaviour management
Reliable, adaptable, and able to maintain a positive learning environment
Strong organisational skills
QTS is desirable but not essential
