Reed Further Education are seeking an Early Years Trainer Assessor to join a College in Birmingham. This role involves delivering, training, assessing, internally verifying, and supporting apprenticeship and AEB programmes within our curriculum division. The focus will be on Level 3 Early Years Educator and Level 3 Teaching Assistant programmes.Day-to-day of the role:
  • Manage a caseload of students throughout their period of study at the college.
  • Deliver training sessions both at the college and at employer sites.
  • Assess and support students in achieving their learning outcomes.
  • Conduct internal verifications to ensure compliance with educational standards.
  • Travel to learners' locations to provide on-site training and assessment.
  • Maintain accurate records of student progress and assessments.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • Must possess an assessing qualification.
  • Minimum of a Level 3 qualification in Early Years.
  • At least 2 years of industry experience.
  • Ability to drive and travel to learners' locations as needed.
  • Strong organisational and communication skills.
  • Passionate about education and nurturing the development of students.
