The role

Whether you step in as Head of Property or Property Director, this is your chance to make an impact. Youll lead a talented project team and oversee an impressive annual capex budget, shaping the estate to meet both current and future needs.

You will:

  • Deliver 20+ refurbishment projects across the UK estate from room conversions to full-scale transformations
  • Scope sites with external partners and landlords, ensuring projects maximise space and viability
  • Drive quality, pace, and efficiency across refurb processes
  • Balance high-priority projects with long-term improvement programmes
  • Ensure every project is not just good but exceptional

About you

You dont need early years experience to succeed. Hospitality, education, or multi-site property/project roles are equally relevant. What matters is your ability to handle scale, pace, and deliver high-quality refurbishments.

Youll need:

  • Experience managing multi-site refurbishments or large-scale property projects
  • Commercial acumen balancing budgets, viability, and timelines
  • Leadership skills able to get the best out of your team and external partners
  • A hands-on approach comfortable moving between head office, sites, and suppliers
  • Energy, resilience, and the drive to deliver transformational spaces
