We're representing an Ofsted grade 2 provider who are looking for a Head of Quality to join their ranks. Head of QualitySalary: £50,000 - £55,000 + bonusLocation: Remote with regular travel to training centres in Warrington, Walsall, Watford, and DagenhamContract: Full-time, permanent We are seeking a confident, forward-thinking leader to drive quality and improve learner outcomes across apprenticeship and CPD provision. This pivotal leadership role oversees the quality of teaching, learning, and assessment in line with Ofsted, ESFA, and awarding body standards. With two direct reports, you will combine strategic oversight with hands-on leadership, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and excellence. Key Responsibilities:

Lead internal quality assurance across apprenticeships, regulated qualifications, and CPD.
Oversee Ofsted and awarding body inspections/audits.
Maintain quality accreditations (e.g., Matrix, direct claims status).
Manage quality policies, SAR/QIP, standardisation, and internal sampling.
Monitor teaching and learning via observations and evaluations.
Work with HR/People teams to manage CPD from induction to refresher programmes.

Essential Experience:

Senior quality role experience in apprenticeships or FE.
Teaching, assessment, and IQA qualifications.
Strong knowledge of Ofsted's Education Inspection Framework and awarding body compliance.
Analytical, reporting, and leadership skills.
Collaborative, learner-focused approach.
