Our client, a long-standing, respected and product centric company, is seeking an experienced Head of Sales to lead and develop its commercial function.
This is a senior leadership role, responsible for driving revenue growth, managing key customer relationships and leading a high-performing sales team.
Responsibilities:
- Developing and delivering the company's sales strategy
- Leading, mentoring and motivating the sales team
- Managing and growing key accounts and strategic customers
- Identifying new market opportunities and driving business development
- Working closely with operations and senior management to align sales with business objectives
- Forecasting, budgeting and reporting on sales performance
The person:
- A proven senior sales professional, ideally from within the fastener or 'c' components sector
- Experienced in leading and managing sales teams
- Commercially astute with a strong track record of delivering growth
- Confident operating at both strategic and hands-on levels
- An effective communicator and relationship builder
