The HR Team at Macildowie are currently working with a well-established client based in Birmingham (B3), who is looking to add an HR Administrator to their friendly and professional team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with existing HR admin experience or a strong administrator who is eager to get their foot in the door and start a career in HR.

About the Role:

This is a generalist HR support role where you'll be involved in a broad range of administrative duties across the employee lifecycle. You'll work closely with the HR team to ensure the smooth running of day-to-day HR processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supporting onboarding and offboarding processes
  • Maintaining and updating employee records
  • Assisting with recruitment administration
  • Coordinating training sessions and keeping training records up to date
  • Supporting performance review processes and HR-related queries
  • Assisting with policy administration and compliance tasks
  • General HR admin support across a variety of activities

About You:

  • Previous HR administration experience is beneficial but not essential
  • Strong administrative background with excellent attention to detail
  • Confident communicator with good organisational skills
  • Able to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
  • A CIPD qualification (or working towards one) is desirable but not essential
  • Enthusiastic about building a career in HR
