Description
- Lead on total reward project for hte organisation, encompassing pay, reward and benefits
- Lead on 2025 pay review
- Monitor external trends, research, complete benchmarking and analysis
- Stakeholder management, providing advice, guidance and recommendations
- Provide technical reward advice and expertise
- Manage budgetary constraints and deadlines for Reward project
Profile
- Proven track record operating in Reward roles
- Able to commute to an office 1-2 days per week in London or Birmingham
- Solid experience working with senior leaders, able to influence and coach
- Can adapt their style
- Strong subject matter expertise
