Description

  • Lead on total reward project for hte organisation, encompassing pay, reward and benefits
  • Lead on 2025 pay review
  • Monitor external trends, research, complete benchmarking and analysis
  • Stakeholder management, providing advice, guidance and recommendations
  • Provide technical reward advice and expertise
  • Manage budgetary constraints and deadlines for Reward project

Profile

  • Proven track record operating in Reward roles
  • Able to commute to an office 1-2 days per week in London or Birmingham
  • Solid experience working with senior leaders, able to influence and coach
  • Can adapt their style
  • Strong subject matter expertise
