The Role
This is a full-time, permanent position for a Maths ECT to join a dedicated and well-resourced Mathematics department. You will teach a full timetable of Maths across KS3 and KS4, with the potential to teach KS5 depending on your strengths and the department’s needs. You will be supported in planning engaging lessons, using data to inform your teaching, and developing your classroom management skills. There will also be opportunities to take part in extra-curricular activities and enrichment programmes.

The Candidate
The school is looking for a committed and reflective Early Career Teacher who is passionate about Mathematics and eager to contribute to a thriving department. You should have excellent subject knowledge, strong communication skills, and a willingness to take on feedback. You must hold or be working towards QTS and be ready to start your ECT induction in September 2025. A desire to learn, grow, and be part of a team is essential.
