Long Term Futures are working in partnership with a welcoming and forward-thinking primary school seeking an inspiring Teacher to join their KS2 team. The ideal candidate will be passionate about delivering high-quality learning, nurturing independence and encouraging curiosity.
Responsibilities:
- Plan and deliver engaging, inclusive lessons across the curriculum
- Use effective assessment to inform teaching and drive pupil progress
- Create a positive and respectful classroom culture
- Support pupils of varying abilities, including those with SEN or EAL
- Contribute to the wider school community and collaborate with colleagues
You Will Need:
- QTS (Qualified Teacher Status)
- A secure understanding of the KS2 curriculum and assessment frameworks
- Strong classroom management and high expectations for all pupils
- Commitment to safeguarding and promoting pupil wellbeing
- A reflective and proactive attitude towards professional development
