SupportandmanagethedeliveryofGasComplianceContracts,ensuring100%complianceatalltimes.
Effectivelyco-ordinateexistingprocessesandcommunicatewithrelevantcolleaguesandpartnercontractors.
Create/updatedailyreportstomonitorcomplianceprogramme,identifykeyrisksandanyworksoutofprocess.
Contactcustomerstoarrangeaccessforcontractorsforpropertiesatcompliancerisk.
Liaisewithcolleaguesacrossthebusinesstomitigateriskstocomplianceandsupportvulnerabletenants.
Createriskassessmentsofallcompliancerisksandnotifyseniormanagementinatimelymanner.
Liaisewithcolleagues/contractorstoensureanydefectsorsafetyissuesareremediatedinatimelymanner.
Compilemonthendcompliancereportsandmetrics
